Alexander Securities offers a free service whereby it will provide a price indication of where the market is likely to value each asset. Alexander Securities will arrive at the indicative market value by obtaining market feedback from the appropriate specialist investors of that asset type, and by conducting its own internal analysis.
After having completed an evaluation of the indicative market value, should a client wish to sell, Alexander Securities will seek to obtain the best price from the market on a timely basis. We will do this by marketing to all relevant specialist buyers of such an asset and identifying the buyer with the highest bid. |
