We have strong, long-standing relationships with a global investor base of specialist buyers of public and private debt issued by sovereigns and companies facing financial difficulty and frequently trading at less than 80% of face value (par).
Alexander Securities offers a free service whereby it will provide a price indication of where the market is likely to value a client’s asset. Alexander Securities will arrive at the indicative market value by obtaining market feedback on the particular asset from the appropriate specialist investors of that asset type, and by conducting its own internal analysis.
After having completed an evaluation of the indicative market value of an asset, should a client wish to sell, Alexander Securities will seek to obtain the best price from the market on a timely basis. We will do this by marketing the asset to all relevant specialist buyers of that asset type and identifying the buyer with the highest bid. |
